YOUR ROOM

Air conditioning/Heating
You can adjust the temperature in your room as required.
Simply set the desired temperature using the control panel located just next to the room door. To switch between the hot and cold settings, please contact the front desk.

Welcome tray
There is a courtesy plate in each room for free. Do not hesitate to ask the reception for more tea or coffee.
In addition, we provide a bottle of micro-filtered water, from a Castalie® fountain, with the aim of reducing our plastic waste. If you would like to buy it, it is available for sale at reception (€20).

Housekeeping
A chambermaid oversees taking care of your room from 9 am to 2 pm every day. She/he will not enter your room if you hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your door. If you would like to specify a particular time for this service, please inform Reception. (9)

Nature & Environment
As part of our efforts to reduce our impact on the environment, we only replace your towels when they are placed on the floor. We also change sheets every 4 days. However, if you do not wish to change them, please let us know at reception in the morning.

Fire & Safety
On arrival, please read the fire and safety instructions displayed in your room and in the hallways. It is recommended that you inquire about the nearest emergency exit to your room.

Safe
A safe is available in all our rooms. In case of loss or theft, the hotel declines all responsibility for any unprotected object.
